When I was recovering from my own divorce and trying to find myself, my daughter Alexis gave me a little plaque from the dollar store with the following poem on it. It may have only cost her $1, but it's been priceless to me. Maybe you will like it, too:
Believe in Yourself
Success is failure turned inside out,
the silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
You can never tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far.
Stick to the fight when you're hardest hit.
It's when things seem worse
that you must not quit!
